Skin care recommendations - blotchy, pimply, dry mature skin!

I'm 51 and menopausal, using HRT. Historically I've always had sensitive but good (occasionally dry) skin, but in the last few years it's become blotchy, rough and pimply. There is a weird red patch on my jawline ("jawline" lol) which isn't rough or scaly or sore and doesn't change, it's just a penny-sized red patch. I get small areas of tiny, rough bumps in different places from time to time, blemishes and small pimples and my skin just looks dull and sickly!

I've not had much of a routine - Clean and Clear facial wash and a bit of moisturiser (Olay, Aveeno or something mid-price range for dry sensitive skin), that's it. Don't wear make-up very often, I WFH so might use a dash of concealer if I look very blotchy.

I recently switched to a Loreal face wash with salicylic acid and I was dewy for a bit, but that soon faded back to grey. I've got some moisturiser and cleanser with hyaluronic acid, but nothing seems to be changing - I still have an uneven skin tone and look like I'd be right at home in a zombie apocalypse. I've had 2 treatments for roseacea but they seemed to make it all worse.

I also appear to be growing a goatee. One minute I was smooth, suddenly there are long hairs materialising under my chin. WTF, I'm taking as much oestrogen as I'm allowed!

Any suggestions for the skin? Not the beard, I'll keep plucking.

I've been using a facial oil and a water cream for about a month (from a beauty box) they have really hydrated my skin. It's made it really dewy. Don't know if I can afford the full price though.
I've just ordered some Revolution products serum and day night moisturiser. It's apparently a dupe of the Charlotte tillbury so fingers crossed

Hmm thanks - actually, you reminded me that a friend recommended one of the beauty box deals but I can't remember which one now.

I have no idea why I'm suddenly pimply like a 15 year old.
