New job- makeup help!

I start a new job in a couple of weeks and will be on camera or onsite so will need to look presentable.
I usually just wear lipstick and mascara maybe eye shadow/ eyeliner if it's a camera on day.
I'm going to be doing face to face training.
My skin is quite good so don't really need foundation but open to suggestions.
If I were to buy new make up what should I buy?
I have blondish highlighted hair green eyes and glasses.
All advise and suggestions welcome!

Personally I wouldn't bother, why do you need make up if you don't usually wear much

Maybe a CC cream rather than an actual foundation?

I do wear makeup when I leave the house.
Well eyeshadow/eyeliner/mascara and lipstick. Its just no-one cares at my current work so I just wear lipstick.
I feel more confident wearing some.
I'm just thinking about refreshing my look for my new job

Congratulations on your new job! It's exciting that you'll be starting face-to-face training soon.
Since you mentioned that your skin is quite good and you don't feel the need for foundation, a tinted moisturizer or BB cream can provide light coverage while evening out your skin tone. Look for one with SPF to protect your skin from the sun's rays.

Powder if you have shiny areas.
