Which locket??

I’m looking to buy a locket which can be worn daily. All 3 are from Monica Vinader. Which one do you prefer?

I like 3 but presumably it's gold plated? I'd find something in real gold that will last- you could probably find something on eBay.

I like 3. It’s vermeil so essentially it’s gold plated. For everyday wear it will probably last anywhere from 1-5 years, if you look after it and don’t sleep or shower in it. That’s not bad considering the price. Just be aware that it won’t last forever.

Yeah I’m ok with gold plated for this locket. They have a pretty good guarantee & I don’t shower/swim with my necklaces. Looks like number 3 is the favourite! I’m leaning towards 1 or 3 I think. 3 is more expensive but I like that I can pick the chain (locket #1 only has one chain option)

I love Monica Vinader jewellery. I have a similar locket to 1. My favourite is 1 followed by 3. Not so keen on the heart.

I’ll give up on #2 😂 my only concern with #3 was whether it looked too big?

I'd wear 3 with a longer chain. All of them actually. I'd go for 22" or 24" chain.

I like #1 the best, as you say it’s smaller, then #3 as a second choice. Very nice pendants!

No. 3 is by far the coolest imo. The other two look like something a teen would wear being brutally honest.

I find Monica Vinader necklaces tarnish quickly. Astley Clarke have lots of lockets with a few that look more current than the Monica ones which to me look a bit 90s.

Ah see I do like a bit of 90s 😁
Which would you recommend on Astley Clark? I’ve had a look & thought they were a bit busy

My best friend gave me No1 for my birthday and drew a little picture which was engraved inside. I adore it and lots of people have commented how much they like it. (Never had that before with a piece of jewellery)

First for me! It's nicer, symmetrical and smaller. The third one is just a bit too big I think but I do like the shape.

Go with your taste OP. I really like the MV ones too (1 and 3). I don't think they look teenagery at all (and not sure that's a bad thing... I still own and wear jewellery I've had since I was a teenager) and I prefer the MV ones to the Astley Clarke ones. Different strokes for different folks.
I wear my MV locket most days.
