Should I size up? Pic attached

I've bought some sandals and although they're comfortable, I'm not sure if my heel is too far back?

The other foot is fine as it's half a size smaller - thus meaning a size up will probably be too big for this foot.

What does it look like at the toe end? I tend to find my foot moves forward when I walk.

They look too small to me.

This is as if I've been walking so my toes are as far forward as they will be.

Just checked online and the next size up is out of stock. Typical. I'm never going to find any non leather or suede closed toe sandals at this rate .
