Where can I find some palazzo pants that look almost like a skirt?

As title says, I'd like to waft about (in the rain it seems) in some floaty trousers. I love wide leg trousers but fancy a change and would like to try a pair that are so wide and floaty they look like a skirt. (Weren't they called culottes once upon a time?)

Just bought these. They're very wafty but also have a split in them so a bit weird and flap open when you sit down. I'm on the fence, can't decide whether to keep or not. Lovely when stood up though!

Cullottes are always shorter than full length- that's the name for the cropped style.
I think you're on the right mark looking for palazzo pants if you want full length. Never used this brand but these are the first link on Google

They look quite nice on I think although a right pain to iron and not sure the quality is that good. They look similar to the kit and kaboodle ones a PP has already posted which are cheaper.
