Sunscreen 2024 come this way

I know it's done to death but can we share any and all sunscreen recs?

I need 50+ and a separate one for face to go under makeup/ not make my pores look huge.

Vichy always used to be my go to body one as no green stains on white clothes.

I find ultrasun ok but a little heavy and overly gunky so very open to other ideas....please?

Hellocare fluid cream for me. Used it for years and it makes a great base for makeup. I then top up with an over makeup spray

Have you tried Ultrasun face fluid? It's easier to apply than the regular version.

Beauty Pie factor 50 - doesn’t irritate my super sensitive skin, sits well under make up, cruelty free. Perfect for applying first thing, and then topping up throughout the day with the Garnier over make up spray. Again, factor 50, non-irritating and cruelty free. Neither are expensive, tho obvs you have to be a Beauty Pie member.

Bondi Sands is my current fave.

I’ve just bought a new Nivea one - Derma Skin Clear with niacinamide. Working ok under makeup and I think my pores look good but it hasn’t been sunny enough for me to vouch for its effectiveness as an SPF.
They also had a new one for dry skin.
Previous to this, I was using Eucerin Oil Control Dry Touch Sun Gel-Cream which was a bit heavy for me but tolerable.

Dd is into K beauty and got me this sunscreen. I like it much better than anything else I have used before! It is not sticky and doesn’t make my eyes water.

Garnier SPF50 for the face.
Both the sensitive and anti aging ones are excellent

I burn very easily so have tried many different SPFs over the years. I find the Korean brands best and I’m currently using this, Thank You Farmer is also good and I have their solid stick for top ups.

For body I’m using this as it works well even when I’m running. It’s also not sticky once applied which I find most sunscreens are.

Klairs All-Day Airy Sunscreen SPF50+ PA++++

Bondi Sands is my current fave.

Me too, I'm using the Hydra range at the moment.

I get oily with a lot of sunscreen but I find this one really light and absorbs well.

Can also recommend a Korean beauty brand, Round Lab Birch Juice factor 50 is great under makeup and no white cast.

PenguinLove1 · 07/05/2024 18:31

Elemis do a lovely one that i wear under makeup on holiday, its spf30, and they have just launched a new one thats spf50 that im going to try this year

Marmaladegin · 28/05/2024 10:45

To update:
I have tried bondi sands face spf 50 one. It feels good but be warned it's tinted. If you're anything darker than Celtic colouring it's probably fine.
I also got a spf 50 moisturiser by ceravie. Light green and white packaging. Love it, feels great and not claggy. Bit white on, but not once dried.
