Foundation advice

Morning! I'm looking for tips on good foundations. I'm 38 with quite dry / dehydrated skin. I've been using a Nars foundation for last 6 years and Dior before that. Generally been happy with Nars but keen to see what's out there. I would like medium to light coverage. I used to like matt finish but think that can be quite drying so a light / natural glow but not oily / shiny / heavy! Looking forward to hearing recommendations.

I'm also a nars user .. don't mind milani too as an alternative.

It Cosmetics CC cream is fab. I'm the same age as you and its glowy but covers well and contains spf. It's medium coverage but a little goes a long way. I tried the Eborian but found that to have too much of a greyish cast on me.

Similar age and skin type and I really rate YSL all hours, it’s called a luminous matte finish. It’s a really nice finish as not drying like a normal matte but not greasy shiny either, I think it looks quite natural and polished. Loads of foundations cling to my dry patches and go cakey as the day goes on not this though.

I'm 36 with similar sounding skin and love Erborian, I have both the CC and the BB creams and prefer both to Nars which can feel a bit heavy on my skin now.

I'm also a fan of using Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter as a base and then a bit of the Max Factor facefinity compact over the top.
