Not sure where else to post this so apologies if it’s in the wrong place . Looking at sorting my gut health for my overall well being and as I’ve got older now 55 my digestion has become sluggish - things I used to be able to eat don’t agree and gut health needs restoring
looking at investing (as it’s pricey ) in symprove as tried other pill probiotics and not felt much difference
any one tried symprove ?

I've been using it for a couple of years now. Great stuff! I feel so much healthier. A friend also started using it earlier this year and she raves about it too.

You can get it for half price (for 3 months) to try it if you use my discount code in the link here:

I haven't used Symprove or similar products but I'm curious if you considered consulting with a naturopath? They might be able to offer valuable insights into improving your gut health. Naturopahts often provide natural solutions, and I personally believe they are a safer option compared to taking pills.

@VAmum Symprove isn’t a pill, it’s a small cap full of drink taken daily. My DH has colitis and it seems beneficial to him.

I think the thing to consider is whether the other pre- and pro-biotics haven't helped because your issue isn't related to your biome? The same as supplements will only help if you have a deficiency... Have you looked at other aspects of gut health, like diet and exercise? As we grow older we do need different nutritional balance/amount and type of exercise etc.

I’ve tried it and didn’t really notice any difference. I decided to focus on eating a wider variety of food. I think you’re supposed to aim for 30 a week to promote a healthy gut biome.

Yes, I loved it. I stopped for a while due to the cost but I'm thinking of going back to it. Its the one of the few supplements that has been proven by clinical studies to actually reach the gut and do good.

I used it for a it but didn't really notice any difference. It's so expensive I stopped.

I’ve been using Microbz Women for me & Kidz for my little one, and it’s been absolutely fantastic! ❤️ Since starting it, I’ve noticed such a difference in our digestion and my mood – gut health really does impact everything! I haven’t tried Symprove, so I can’t compare, but I love that Microbz is a natural, probiotic with live cultures. Definitely worth looking into if you’re considering probiotic supplements for gut health! 😊
