Put on shorts today first time after winter - the cellulite took over my legs over winter that is technically still ongoing. It’s fugly and on another level to last year. I know it’s normal and not to be ashamed off but I can do better with a bit of effort and discipline.
I have fallen off exercise band wagon, lost muscle tone due to injury and inconsistent fitness regime and general state of stress with work, a lot of sitting. My legs this afternoon reflected back at me the stressed, demotivated, defeated state of mind.
But I will not let this beat me. All I am asking is please shout out some non-negotiables for me to publicly commit too. No added sugar? 3 glasses of water?
