Hair extension virgin

Can someone explain hair extensions to me please? Never had them (never needed them?) but I had heard bad stories that they wreck ur actual hair etc.

Iv just had my third baby and the hair fallout this time is horrendous, it is growing back but wow the baby hairs are untameable and my hair is just generally not growing.

I have a wedding in august and I want long luscious hair! What types of extensions exist now and is there a lot of upkeep, will it wreck my actual hair?

For a wedding I'd get clip ins that you can wear for one night (or on a need to wear basis!) rather than spend £££ on semi permanent ones. Get real human hair though as the synthetic stuff looks synthetic!

Yea I have tried clip ins but I'm so crap at hiding my real hair if that makes sense. Like you could kinda tell where my own hair length ended. I looked at YouTube vids and everything and still I wasn't happy with it.

If you are near a Lucinda Ellery salon, & have the money, extensions with her are really worth looking into. They look amazing & don't ruin your existing hair.
Good luck with finding a solution!

A hairdresser will fit clip ins for you & style them so you don't have to worry about joins. Just ask 😀
