Hello fashionistas! I'm graduating next month, southern hemisphere so will be very cold (usually around 0-5 degrees celcius June) and at least part of the ceremony will be taking place outside.
It's not a formal academic institution so no cap and gown. But it's a very special one to me after years of hard work so I'd like to look nice! And obviously there will be photos etc.
Would love some outfit ideas! A bit about me:
- 5ft5 and around a size 12. Small bust.
- Prefer skirts and dresses above the knee.
- don't mind trousers, but I'm conscious i can sometimes look manly which is not the look I want to go for!
- prefer darker colours like black and greys, but can do deep colours like burgandy or deep teal (my favourite!).
- can't do prints unless very subtle.
- I'm not very showy so nothing that says "look at me!"
- I don't spend much on clothes normally so I don't mind spending a bit on this outfit... Maybe £300 or so?
- needs to ship to Australia but don't fixate on that, I'm very open to inspiration styles I can look for over here
