How do you cut or file your nails?

I had a Leighton Denny nail file one for over a decade and it was a good as new, loved it. I’ve now smashed two in a row and they’re expensive so I’ve got a cheap crystal or glass one and it really irritates me. My mum uses emery boards which I find rough and scratchy.

I use a multi sided block thing from Poundland, does the job

I actually use the crystal Leighton Denny nail file

I did have 2 but one has disappeared

I do have cheap emery boards for my big toes but they're awful on my nails

I'd probably just get another LD tbh

£13 from M&S

Mine are really short because I got them in an M&S beauty advent calendar years ago

I might get a proper longer one next time

I use nail scissors.

Nail clippers. Nail files go right through me! They actually turn my stomach- even thinking about them upsets me! 🤢

Also, I was given a glass file once but couldn't stand the feel of it on my nails!

Get yourself a pair of Muji nail clippers and you will never look back! They’re the only nail clippers I’ve used where you don’t need to file your nails afterwards.

I use Mont Bleu crystal files
