Vinted issue - seller not responding

Bought a couple of items from the same seller but one of them was listed as the wrong size and it doesn't fit. I've raised an issue but a week has passed and there's no response from her - I can see she's been active so hasn't been away etc.

Does anyone know if there is a time limit for sellers to respond as otherwise her funds will be on hold indefinitely? I can only see there's a time limit on raising the issue.

I'm now thinking I just have to cut my losses, try to resell the item and leave negative feedback (hate doing this 😞)

Did you press the report an issue button to Vinted or just contact the seller. If ounce just contacted the seller and not told Vinted there is a problem, the transaction is closed and can’t be reopened. If you reported an issue to Vinted, it’s up the seller to come back to you. If they don’t, it’s likely Vinted will just close the issue and refund you the money.

I think it is 21days they get to respond and if they don't vinted step in and make a decision.

If they request a return you have to send everything back, including the packaging and it has to be as they sent it - so do not wash or wear the other items.
