Bought a couple of items from the same seller but one of them was listed as the wrong size and it doesn't fit. I've raised an issue but a week has passed and there's no response from her - I can see she's been active so hasn't been away etc.
Does anyone know if there is a time limit for sellers to respond as otherwise her funds will be on hold indefinitely? I can only see there's a time limit on raising the issue.
I'm now thinking I just have to cut my losses, try to resell the item and leave negative feedback (hate doing this 😞)
