Murad Retinal Resculpt what am I doing wrong?

Appreciate this is probably one of those have you turned it off and back on again? Threads.🙄.

Was looking for a Vit A for my fine lines.
My skin doesn't like some brands.

Murad Retinal ReSculpt was highly recommended. I have liked other products from the brand.
Products arrived I bought 2 x 30ml. Serum comes in double layered sealed plastic case with pump dispenser.
Can I get the stuff out? Can I heck.

Have turned the bottle upside down for the day. Then back up. Nope.
Tried pumping slowly and also lots of quick pumps. Nothing. Nada.
Even went so far as to read the instructions. Nothing specific for getting it to start working.

Feel like my Nana right now.
Am mid 40s. Skin good. Dexterity and practical problem solving clearly worse than I thought.

Has anyone had this problem? Or used Murad recently and has a solution?

Not brand specific but I've had many a product I have had to prime for ages. Pumping for ever before it came out. Like a ridiculous length of time.

This wasn't cheap and while I am glad that the product hasn't leaked it is still annoying that it so difficult to get the stuff out.

I've had this with products. I've filmed myself pumping and pumping and sent it to the brand asking for advice. Facebook messenger or Instagram dm

You bought 2 right? Are they both the same?

Yes @craxy I bought two and they are both the same.

Eventually I asked DH, he took the whole bottle apart and he got it working. Not without some effort.
