Does anyone how long it takes Vinted to auto cancel items and how long sellers get to process cancellations?
I bought something on evening of 15th and it's not been sent. I thought it would auto cancel yesterday as the seller hadn't sent it and ignored a message. It still hasn't auto cancelled. I cancelled the order manually earlier today as it clearly wasn't coming and just wanted to draw a line under it and got an automatic response saying they still needed the seller to confirm it hadn't been sent.
The item is for my son and I'd quite like to actually be able to buy him the thing from someone else, but don't want to order another one until I know the cancellation has gone through.
I'm fairly new to Vinted and when I ordered it I hadn't realised the seller seems to fail to send about 50% of their items. I'll know to check feedback for next time.
