What time do you apply this?

Last thing at night, or in the morning underneath your make up? Our both?

I got some Olay Total Effects with hyaluronic acid and don't know the best time to use it.

Under your moisturiser.

I use it first thing in the morning then primer then make up.

First thing in the morning I need as much hydration as I can get on my skin then. After cleaning before moisturising although I think you can use it for both morning or evening

I use it morning and night, on clean and slightly damp skin, then moisturiser on top.
