ARKET - sneaky return charge

I returned a couple of items as per usual - noticed they charged a £3 return fee - I did not see it mentioned when ordering.

This has been rolled out across much of H&M group over the past few months, and is clearly mentioned in their returns policy online.

In store returns are still free.

I believe only COS does not charge for returns. This is because they no longer accept online returns in store.

It’s because so many people order in bulk online and then try everything at home and send back. I think people should pay for online returns tbh.

Often that's because you can't find the stock in the shops, which leaves little choice

I've just returned a large order and noticed this. We don't have an Arket anywhere near where I live so no choice but to order online and unfortunately it's one of my favourite stores.
