I'm looking for some recommendations of the best foundations/powders etc.

Are concealers and highlighters really needed?

Feel out of touch with make up these days!

No budget as such.. I want to treat myself but also make it last! I don't wear makeup everyday anymore.

My skin is pretty normal, just dehdrated/dry looking but not super dry.

I'm looking for decent smooth coveage that blends well!
