Do you own Raybans?

I want to buy some but the smallest size is M. And the style guide suggest I'd be a S, which no styles come in. I measured 5inches between the hinges of my glasses which indicates an S.

Help?

I have a few pairs and have a small face . They are fine . No idea what size they are but go to a department store or ray ban shop and try them on!

I have raybans new wayfarers and the size are numerical 52 is small, 55 medium and 58 large. I have 55s

Where are you looking at purchasing them from?

Unless you have a tiny frame medium will be ok There are loads of you tube tutorial about buying raybans

I love mine and now want the same ones in polarisingThey are about 5 years old and as new still great investment.

SpringOfContentment · 14/04/2024 20:46

Online as you can customise them. I've tried their suggestion of measuring my existing (Boots) glasses and it comes at medium (small really).

The aviators come in M, XL etc

I'd just go and try them in store then find the model online

Never mind, just read further down the threat to see you don't have the time before the offer expires

No worries, thank you for replying! I fancy customising some for my 50th and the offer ends today. (% off).
Just got confused over the M /L/XL - it says XL is the most popular

I have rayban Burbank because I have a small face.

BusySittingDown · 14/04/2024 21:40

I have Raybans, no clue what size but I have a small face/head. They have been brilliant, I've had them for years. Every other pair of sunglasses I ever had broke and I had to buy new every summer. These have been well worth it!

OneFrenchEgg · 14/04/2024 21:42

I was looking the classic aviators as I got a bit overwhelmed by choice but the Burbanks do look good and o have a small face

What is so special about Raybans? not in a sneery way at all, I keep on hearing good things about them, never owned a pair, but it looks like my cheap TKMaxx 7 years old pair needs replacing now and wonder if I should invest in something better.

justasoul · 14/04/2024 21:55

I have 2 pairs of Aviators. Mine are 58 which I think it’s the XL. They look oversized but not ridiculous if you know what I mean Grin I’ve had the smallest size before, looks neat too.

The virtual try-on on Rayban website is pretty accurate if you fancy trying that.

DrJoanAllenby · 14/04/2024 22:04

The quality has gone downhill.

For me, it’s the classic shape and durability. I lost my first pair, bought my second pair in 2011 and only got a third as they’re prescription - I just get the lenses replaced when the prescription changes and it’s still going strong, they come back looking brand new. My DF’s pair is 35+ years old (though his are original Bausch and Lomb).

I just came across an offer, I've always loved them since my manager leant me a pair Grin
