Help me style these trousers please

Hello lovely S&B experts! I need your help please. I bought these trousers online and I love them. I'm trying to work out what I can wear with them other than the matching sleeveless top which I also bought. I thought maybe a plain silk vest top, or cotton top, but the trousers are quite a thick silky satin fabric and the silk cami I tried with them feels too thin and not quite right.

Would love any ideas to make them spin out into a few outfits (mostly for holiday). Thank you :)

Have you tried a white shirt loosely tucked in with gold jewellery or maybe a black vest top would work?

ooh a white shirt might be nice - what sort of fabric would you put with them? what sort of weight? that's the part I'm not sure on as they are so thick, yet v summery.

Could you try them with lots of tops you already have and go from
there? So if a top nearly works you buy something similar that would be perfect.

I'll do that - I tried on a black silk cami, and the colour was ok, but something about it just wasn't right. I'll have to just try on lots of diff shapes and styles I think and see what is best :)

Try T shirts as well.
