£122 down on Vinted: a thing?

NDN in March sold 10 bits, 4 of which weren’t picked up by the buyers. They get automatically refunded.

She’s now resold 2 after forking out to get them back and relisting. The second set of buyers haven’t picked up or acknowledged receipt.

Six weeks on, two items are lost in space, two on their way back to her at her expense a second time. She’s not been paid anything.

£122 down - is this right?

If things aren’t collected by buyers they’re automatically returned at no charge, and refunded in full. It’s happened to me, how did she end up paying for the return?

If the second buyers haven’t collected the same thing will happen, they’ll be returned to her. I don’t understand how she’s been left out of pocket, that’s never happened when I’ve had buyers not collect.

This is not right. If things aren't collected then they are returned to the sender, for free. It can take a while sometimes, I had something not collected which took a month to come back to me.

Who is she paying to get them back !?
