Chin implant ?

I'm late 50s, curious if anyone has had a chin implant. I have always had a more pronounced nose and slightly receded chin but as I've got older my chin is receding further and my nose more pronounced. I would rather get a chin implant to balance things out a bit.

Has anyone has any experience of this or recommendations ?

@Bigtrip2026 I'm the same but don't know how to correct it. Have to done anything to improve yours?

Hi Bobatea no I haven't done anything about it. I was hoping for someone with experience or recommendations first. Getting old the fix it list just gets longer too ! 🙂

I’d try filler first before considering an implant.

@minipie how much is the filler and how long does it last?

I don’t know - never had it, but also prices vary a lot depending on where you are and who you go to (I’d pick someone well qualified for this).

Get a consultation with an orthodontist first. Chin essentially is a jaw - perhaps your teeth have shifted, tilted or simply got worn out. Even simple veneers can add more "biting surface" and change the outline of the jaw.

I have filler and it doesn't mimic a jaw implant but it does help balance my profile I think
