How often do you take a nail break?

Lockdown was my only break. Ive had acrylics since i was 16 and im now 34. I cant function without my nails!

I usually only wear glue ons. Have done since I was 17. Went for acrylics a few weeks back had them taken of and now thinking of leaving them. There so bad. Sad
