Seasonal Updates - What Do You Buy Every Year / Season?

Inspired by a comment on another thread where a poster buys a nice item of costume jewellery every season.

I typically buy fresh vests and t-shirts for summer but nothing else comes to mind.

I do want to invest into more colourful options to beat the black / navy winter rut.

What about you - does anyone actual plan and update seasonal wardrobe or just the influencers?

I always buy new underwear to go on holiday honestly not sure why to be honest mum did it when I was growing up so I kept up doing it!

I usually sell some of my last years clothes on vinted.. then refresh my wardrobe so " it's new to me".
I always buy a new pair of trainers and sandals in spring.. but l go abroad a lot.. usually 6 times per year.

Yes, great thread idea and would love to have some ideas too! I always think about boots and swimmies but I don't need either this year. I am (like so many others) thinking about buying less but better.

I buy a pair of Birkenstock Mayaris every year in stone as they go with everything, and I do a lot of walking

I normally buy half a dozen white t-shirts if not every year then certainly every other year.
My old ones, the neck goes out of shape and they often end up with deodorant stains and suncream stains.

I can never understand those influencers that suggest using a good shirt or dress as a beach coverup. Surely it would get ruined by sand, sea and suncream!
