Shampoo/Conditioner Recommendations

Hope it's okay to post here....

I have recently started chemotherapy and I'm trying out cold-capping in an attempt to save some hair.

Unfortunately this means I can only wash my hair about twice a week, which as a daily washer is quite difficult for me.

It also means I need to switch to a gentler shampoo and conditioner, however I still need something that will cut through the grease (sorry).

I had a look online and this suggested Faith in Nature, Aveeno, and a Philip Kingsley product which he apparently formulated when his wife had treatment, although this is a bit ££.

Any recommendations please? Thank you.

Urtekram products are pretty gentle but still effective. I like both rose and Nordic berries variants(there are others I think they have unscented too.

Childs Farm baby shampoo is very gentle. The price has gone up though so I use the fred and flo tesco version. It's called Naturals oat and chamomile hair and body wash. Aveeno also do baby shampoo and conditioner

Some really good suggestions, thank you. I hadn't thought of using a 2 in 1, that's a good shout for minimising hair touching.
