Colourful kaftan type dress

I'm off to a wedding abroad in May, 3 nights, each night has a theme, Friday colourful, Saturday black tie, Sunday around the pool. I'm sorted for Saturday and Sunday but struggling with Friday (my wardrobe consists of plain black, white, navy, camel, khaki. Mainly black though!).

I like wafty type maxi dresses in the summer so was thinking a colourful kaftan type dress (with sleeves if poss). Usual style is Cos, Arket, Me+Em, & Other Stories and M&S with a bit of Zara thrown in.

I'm 5'3, 9 stone and brunette is that makes a difference.

Any ideas would be gratefully received!!

Joe browns. I bought a lovely kimono, kaftan from there.. mustard, black, red paisley..i wear black underneath. Zara obviously do great ones too

Yumi also do a decent selection

What's your budget? Farm Rio has lots of colourful dresses but they aren't cheap.

There are some colourful kaftan type dresses on M&S and H&M. Some patterned but more muted which might fit your colours too.
