Fine hair styling

I have fine hair but lots of it, I wash it every other day/twice a week. On the day I wash and style it, looks good, but my problem is, the following day it's all over the place and I need to wet it down and restyle, or put it up.
What can I use wise ones to quickly style on non wash days? I'm looking at heated hot brushes, as straighteners tend to make my hair look too 'straight' as my hair is naturally quite wavy/bouncy. Thank you!

I have hair likes yours and I just wet and restyle (so no shampoo). I can do this for 3 days (third day I wash with conditioner). My hair has never been better. I blow dry then use a babyliss hot brush.

I have fine wavy hair too and i have recently got a hot round brush which has been an absolute game changer for me. Normally my hair is frizzy and rough and now it's smooth and wavy/straight with lots of body/volume and I love it! It also lasts, I do it only once, sometimes twice a week. I have the revlon one volumiser with attachments, though I only use the big brush, it's brilliant.

Is your hair long? You could use an overnight heatless curler before bed and then you should have nice waves the next day. I use mine with dry hair so it just looks nicely styled but not too curly.

Thank you! Do you completely soak your hair or just mist it on day 2/3?

Day three if I'm going to the gym I will run a wet comb through my hair and lightly spray a mist of some volumiser (currently Aveda volumising tonic). Then I give a very quick blast of the hairdryer and use my babyliss brush. My hair is so fine that this takes minutes.
After the gym I'll shower and "wash" my hair with conditioner only.
My hair looks best on days 2 and 3 of my 3 day routine. I can't go a 4th day, so it's back to a very quick shampoo (with very little shampoo) on day 1 again.
It's taken me years to discover this - I used to wash my hair (with shampoo) every flipping day.

I’ve found that sticking to one main scent profile helps. If he's already using Native's Citrus Musk shampoo and body wash, you might want to look for hair products in a similar scent range to avoid clashing. Virgo de Novo has some great moisturizing hair products that could complement his routine. Their moisturizing shampoo is gentle and works well for daily use. A good comb is definitely useful, especially if he’s styling it often. For hygiene advice, I’d say remind him to use conditioner occasionally to keep his hair healthy, even if it’s short. Also, mentioning sunblock is a good call. Maybe you can suggest a lightweight, non-greasy option to make it more appealing. Just remind him not to over-wash his face to avoid stripping natural oils, which can actually help with acne.
