Crest strips are great but I think caused gum recession for me (to be fair I was ordering ones online that you can't get in UK shops... my teeth were whiter than white though!)

Hidden secret is Colgate peroxyl mouthwash. It often sells out so I buy a few bottles a time whenever I can get it. Not advertised as a whitener but it actually does.

Dentist made trays and syringes of hydrogen peroxide. Did mine 15 years ago, I do a top of 3-4 days every year, and I never stop getting compliments on my white teeth. I don’t drink tea/coffee/ red wine though.
