I ordered some clogs from Celtic and Co at Christmas but they were too small so I sent them back. The next size up was out of stock so I've had to wait. They arrived this morning and they just aren't the same as the ones they sent in the smaller size or the ones on their picture:

I have emailed asking why they're a different colour and if it's a fault. I don't really like this colour so I think I'm going to have to send them back. I'm gutted as I loved the first pair they sent.

I've attached a photo. It's not just me is it? These are a completely different colour? They should be rust btw.

I think they've made a postage mistake. I think the admin woman has been storing her clogs in a shoebox under her desk and posted them off by mistake. They are well worn.

Yours look creased. None of the photos on their website have creases. The back of the clog to the left of the photo looks rubbed also.
Can you post another picture? You say they don't look as bad irl but I'm struggling to see how with all that creasing

There is no way they are a new pair of shoes! They look creased on the front and even the inside looks worn.

Definitely not a new pair of shoes. You’ve obviously been sent out a return by mistake. Just call them up.
