What style jacket? Help :(

I want a nice jacket to wear with a dress. I've already got a denim jacket.

So I'm about 5.10. Age 50.
Size 16. 34 H.
I've ordered a faux leather biker jacket but it made me look big and boxey across my chest and shoulders.

I don't know whether I need a fitted cropped jkt?

If the silhouette of the jean jacket suits you, look for a similar shape in another material. I have a cream linen 'jean' jacket that I wear a lot in the summer.

Since you are taller and maybe broader through the bust and shoulder, maybe something with a belt, like this, although the pockets on the chest might make you look bigger.

good luck. I know a lot of the jackets this year are the Chanel-style boxy type, but they don't suit every body.

I bought a maxmara the cube jacket recently and the lining is all unravelling. It was pretty expensive so I am very disappointed. I think the coat will be unwearable soon
