Hip-length suit-type jacket for the busty size 18 that doesn't look like a baggy school blazer

I used to get blazer-type/suit-type jackets from Bravissimo, they nipped my waist and looked awesome. I ordered one from Fairlie Curved and, bluntly, it's awful: no waist shaping, too long, and isn't actually extra large for the bust at all.

I'm too big for Alice Fawke as she stops at 16, but that very tailored look is my aesthetic if I'm going for a blazer-type jacket.

Any suggestions? I'm a 34GG, size 18, looking for black, grey, and dark jewel tones.

Sympathies @outedbyspoons . That’s very disappointing re Fairlie Curved.

Only thing I can suggest is to keep scouring eBay and Vinted for Bravissimo/ Pepperberry, quite a lot still on those, with some New (other).

Is Alice Fawke live? I assumed not as her website has been exactly the same for years and nearly everything is listed as sold out.

When I have the energy I’m going to learn to sew really, really well, and make my own tops and jackets and look fantastic!

Wallis are cut for curvier bodies
