Help- cabin bag only

I’m traveling to Dublin for 2 nights/3 days and I only have a 7kg cabin bag booked. Have any of you got good suggestions for a micro capsule wardrobe i can take to wear? I need to include an outfit for a pretty smart afternoon tea. Apart from that we’re mainly sightseeing.
I was thinking of traveling in jeans as they’re heavy. I have some nice shirts and tops that might work, but I’m stuck on smarter trousers/ skirt. I’m usually a size 12 if that makes any difference to what you might suggest.
Many thanks in advance!

I'm off on a city break very soon, 2nights/3 days and have got a pair of wide leg black trousers and a black satin midi skirt in my bag. Neither take up much room and both can be dressed up with sandals or worn more casual with trainers. Planning on wearing my jeans for travelling so can wear them again on the way home and have a lovely new trench coat ill wear with it and a light cardigan underneath. Only other things I'm planning on bringing are a light sweatshirt, white cotton shirt and two long sleeve tops in neutral colours so I can mix and match as needed. Think I've got all bases covered with that!

That’s all so helpful- thank you.

Just to be aware, lots of Temple Bar (where the tourist type bars are) is cobbled so you may need to bear that in mind for the footwear.

Thank you, that’s good to know too.
