What do you think of these trainers? Honest opinions!

A bit more expensive than I’d normally spend but if they get lots of wear it would be worth it. Am 40 with small children. Quite big feet so those white tennis shoes that were really trendy a couple of years ago (veja etc) just make my feet look enormous!

Love them - go for it

I like them, but I like most trainers!
If you like them then that’s all you need to know.

They're still quite pale so I would have thought will have the same effect as white trainers? I have big feet and wouldn't wear them.

But I do like the colours and shape.

makeanddo · 25/03/2024 22:46

Like them, but depends what you wear - navy's and greens yes but yellow and peaches no.

Fizzadora · 25/03/2024 22:48

I don't like how the sole sticks out at an angle at the back. Is it better for running perhaps? I think it makes them look a lot bigger than they actually are.

Love them.

You could wear white trainers too if you wanted. Why is it a thing to pretend to have smaller feet than you do? Weird.

Caluse · 25/03/2024 22:48

Personally I think they are hideous because to my mind those are trainers for sports or the gym, not for everyday wear, but I appreciate that I'm not a big trainer fan and therefore have a different opinion to those who like trainers as a fashion item.

They look something halfway between a fashion trainer and an indoor training shoe.

I think they would look odd with skirts and dresses, and more narrow fit jeans.

Prefer these if you want green/blue: https://www.office.co.uk/view/product/office_catalog/5,914/2101767955

Oh no!

I ordered a pair of Gola trainers recently and ended up sending them back. Sounds like an odd thing to pick up on but the shoelaces were really poor quality. I unknotted them to try them on and they were already bobbly. I found the sizing a bit odd too.
The worst aspect was the colours in the picture didn't really resemble what I received. They were described as white, they looked white in the photo but were actually a cream/off white. It also meant I didn't notice some colour flashing around the toe, I thought that bit was all one colour.
If you really like those trainers OP, I would suggest looking at several different websites to see how the colours vary first.
