Shoes to go with midi skirts and dresses this spring?

Now the weather is finally improving I'm feeling at a bit of a loss re: shoes for the office this spring. In winter I'm very much in brogues/boots/loafers - but now wanting a bit of a change particularly to wear with dresses and midi skirts. What shoes are you wearing with them as it gets warmer? My office is quite a smart environment but I also need shoes that are comfortable.

Flat Mary Jane’s are worth considering.

I do pointed flats, I've a tan pair that is super versatile.

Moi London do lovely flats that go with everything. I’ve just seen they’ve got some new red leather flats that might tempt me..

I have to wear closed shoes for work and these are super comfortable even with bare feet.
