Bought a pair of heels in a charity shop today for £1.50 but unsure on how to style them. I want to wear them tonight :)

Google isn't yielding much - all short/bright summer dresses haha! It's a pub so something more casual.
I wear a lot of black and neutrals, have the below variations which may work?
-Flares/Mom jeans/Skinny jeans
-Leather leggings & wide legs
-Skorts/Shorts in leather and tailored
-Jean skirts
