30GG M&S Bras

I know M&S gets a lot of hate here but I’ve got bralettes from them in the past, currently 30GG. So what are they like generally, would you buy? I did buy some lace bralettes from them recently but the fit on some (says same on website reviews) is awful, wildly different.

I've had bras from them , you just have to try everything and ignore the sizing.

Yep I can ut any other bra in my normal size but m&S seem to measure wildly different to anywhere else. I have to go up at least 2 back sizes to even start!

I bought some t-shirt bras from M&S recently to replace my Freya Idol bras. They're brilliant, just as good as the Freya ones and a bit prettier, at almost half the price (£20 as opposed to £39 each). I did have to size up to a 32FF from a 30FF. I've avoided M&S bras for years so was very pleasantly surprised.

@SwordBilledHummingbird Do you have a link for these, they sound very promising. I'm only getting non M&S brands when I filter on 30FF.

Darklane · 23/03/2024 10:24

Yes, I’ve found the same, the backs are always tighter than other brands so have to size up.

I'm a 32G and had completely given up on Marks but I'm leaning towards inspired to try again, but trying on so many isvsuch a faff. I know that I'm a 32G in Bravissimo and any independent lingerie shop so why on earth can't Marks regulate their sizing? My last fitting at Marks the girl told me I was 'probablyba 34 DD, but we don't really make your size" the bra she sold me went in the charity bin.

My bralette I’ve got from them is good. Price is one reason but also the local lingerie shop I go to sometimes isn’t as convenient as going to eg M&S or getting them delivered.

I couldn't get on with wired bras so have been wearing M and S Flexfit bras (36GG). They're really comfortable but later ones I've bought have an annoying extra flap of material that serves no purpose.

Do the bralettes offer enough support for larger boobs?
