What to wear to Spain in April

Me & my partner are going away for a few days in April - we are going to Menorca. The temperature looks mild.
I am not sure what to pack - we only have hand luggage.
I live in hoodies, leggings and trainers usually. I'm on the larger side (size 18) but slim arms and legs.
Could anyone give me some inspiration please :)

We visited Barcelona in late March/early April. I mostly wore jeans and a t shirt or a dress with a jacket/cardigan. Pretty warm in the sun during the day but really quite chilly at night

Assume it'll be lower 20s but sunny so when you're out in the sun it may feel quite warm.

That's very uk summer really so what would you wear? I think I'd go for wide leg linen trousers with a longer sleeve tshirt or light linen jumper. Jersey maxi dress and add thin leggings and cardigan or overshirt if necessary.

When you say hand-luggage, do you mean a standard cabin-size suitcase or the small rucksack size ?

I find that in early season if it's around 18-20 degrees it makes a big difference whether the sun is out or not . If it is then day time you will be fine in a t shirt and light trousers (maybe even shorts) or a dress . But make sure you have a cardigan /jacket on you in case of breeze . Evenings you will need a sweater / cardi / hoody / jacket and you may also need on cooler days if there is no sun . The suggestion of the jersey dress and adding leggings and a cardigan is a good one . Make sure you pack a waterproof just in case as weather is likely to be a bit unsettled .

We went to Majorca a few years ago in April. I'd go with long skirts / maxi dresses for the day and a cardigan that you can layer over - when the sun's out it can be really warm but if it's a bit cloudy it can feel quite a bit cooler.

In the evenings I remember wearing jeans or a dress and leggings and a heavier cardigan / jumper too.

Cold at night. Jeans jumpers and coat.

Warm in day dresses with cardi or t shirts shirts and cardi

Just look at the forecast a couple days before you go. It can be mild or it can be chilly - I went first weekend in May once and we might as well have been in Scotland for all the mist and drizzle, but also in April and it was very mild.

Sun dresses which roll up and don’t crease and a fleece. Waterproof jacket to travel in. Travel in trainers, pack sandals.
