My nails are a mess at the moment. I had gels for years but haven't for the past 18 months or so. I was using OPI Nail Envy to get them strong and decent again but it's stopped working.
I would love some lovely strong mid length nails. How can I get these? Acrylics are so damaging. I think gels are too. Are there decent stick on ones?
FWIW my diet is good but I'm exhausted and breastfeeding a 1 year old that doesn't sleep, with a FT job and a rogue 3 year old.
