No idea what bra size I am

So as embarrassing as that is, at 32 and after 2 kids I have zero idea what bra size I am. I've never been measured and I'm a little apprehensive as I don't know what's involved. I do have an m&s in my town that offers a bra fitting service but would like to know what it entails.

I did Bob or busy but it was a little tight for me. I've been to M&S for a fitting twice. Once was great, the next not. She definitely didn't get the correct size. They basically ask you what size you're wearing and can see how that looks on you then they measure up in the bra. I've never had to get my boobs out like the at home measuring if that's what you're worried about 😂

I find this calculator good. Boob or bust tends to give slightly tighter underband.

But it's just a guide to give you somewhere to start as brands vary and different shapes suit different people.

Do NOT getmeasured at M and S. Take a tape measure and measure under your bust to get the band size, then measure over your bust (leaning forward) to get your cup size.
