diamond pendant made or found

I am trying to find a diamond pendant with the diamond like this - can't see any online the same orientation and without an extra bit attaching diamond to chain, so I'm happy to have it made.
I know I can use a local jewller, but have you used anyone online perhaps who can make from 18ct gold and about 1ct diamond?

I already did it - just used the jeweller in my town to set in 18ct but I bought the diamond online.
