Foundation for Pores

I have tried loads of primers, but none seem to make my foundation look good.
My skin has aged so fast in the last few years.
I'm 48, with real uneven skin/large pores on my chin mostly, I feel like an old women when I look in the mirror.
Has anyone found a good primer or even just a good foundation to help even the skin out ?

I've given up. Putting any kind of colour make up base on my skin is like putting tippex on sandpaper.

I feel the same @MorrisZapp , I'm going to start having some kind of facials to see if that helps the texture .
