Make up bobbling?

I've had this happen a few times recently...
After I've applied my foundation, it starts to turn bobbly and if I rub the area the bobbles get bigger.
Seems like the foundation is reacting to my moisturiser??

Anyone had this happen?
Do I need to change my serum, moisturiser or foundation?

By "bobbles" I mean little balls I guess.

It's called pilling. It happens when I apply too many products or too much of something.

Do any of your products have silicone in them? This can increase chances of pilling.
