I’ve lost some weight and as a result of that, plus 3 giant pregnancies, 2 c sections and losing/gaining/losing over the years my stomach has this weird ‘pooch’/ overhang. From the side it looks almost square?! I realised to my dismay that the jeans I’d bought that are high waisted ‘mom’ shape that I thought were sucking me in were actually just tight and now they fit properly I genuinely look pregnant in them, my lower stomach seems to be hugely accentuated by the shape.
I really want some shapewear - any recommendations please?
I do have some shorts and also some knickers shape ones but they just Round off my belly so I look pregnant at the front and they “disappear “ at the back. The shorts ones always feel so thick and uncomfortable under clothes or jeans. I am so self conscious about this, it spoils my whole shape and as it is largely skin, I don’t know if it will ever go away.
any recommendations for really nice, smoothing shapewear that is actually comfortable?
