HELP, anyone had dermal filler dissolved?

If so, how much roughly did it cost?

I’ve had a huge filler fail and need to have it dissolved but I’m so broke at the moment and am worried it’s going to cost me £600-£800 to have it dissolved.

If it’s been done recently you should go back to the person who did the filler & have a conversation with them. An unsatisfactory result (eg over filled tear troughs) may be dissolved for free by them. Unless you ask you won’t know the stance that the practitioner will take.

If it’s been a while (eg filler that has migrated over time) or you can’t/don’t want to go back to the same person who did it, the cost will depend on how much dissolving needs doing. I wouldn’t have thought it would be £600. My guess would be £100-200 if it’s one area but it would be impossible to know without a consultation.
