Collagen Shots?

Does anyone do them?
Have they made a difference?
They are so pricey for a month's supply. No wonder woman fall apart.

There is no medical evidence that these actually work. They certainly did nothing for me.
I have just started using a Dermaroller (0.5mm needles) with this I’ve only used it twice so far and my skin looks amazing!

With Collagen you have to make sure that you’re buying the correct dosage?
Nothing below 10g will have an effect (ruling out most of the stuff sold in boots).
Apparently marine collagen is best, type 1 and 3, as it’s easiest for the body to ingest, although bovine and porcine is cheaper.
liquid form is better than pills.

Taking into consideration that I also Botox, yes, I feel it makes a difference.
