Question for Aesthetic practitioners

So I had been getting lip filler for a number of years, probably a lot more filler and a lot more offen than I should I have done. This had all started to migrate and so I dissolved last year. It took two lots but I finally dissolved it all but was left with this lump of saggy skin under my bottom lip (when I tighten it, it actually looks a bit like scar tissue). I added 0.5mls of filler to both lips and that made it look slightly better but now that's all disappearing so it super saggy again. I've checked and there's definitely no filler left there so no point in trying to dissolve again, it won't help.
Anyone have any ideas about what I could do (aesthetics or even just make up) to try and make this look bit better? It's just below the actual lip.
