Hi Style & Beauty Team, I need your help!

I have an interview on Wednesday for an Admin role at a University in the Professional Services Dept, role will be student facing.

I never wear skirts or dresses so I will either wear navy or black trousers but need help with a top and flat shoes (ideally from M&S as I have a £100 gift voucher). I'm size 16 and 5'3"

Also need help with hairstyles, I have a frizzy, loose curls long bob which I can straighten to make it look tidier. It's long enough to tie up easily.

Oh and if anyone can recommend a milky nail enhancer varnish (not Dior Nail Glow as it turns really pinky purple on me) that would be wonderful.

Thank you 😀

I had my first interview in 25 years for an admin job recently. Wore black trousers and jacket with a white t shirt. Not v exciting but I felt confident and comfortable

@Rassy Thank you, yes, confidence and comfort is a priority!

Go for something with colour to make you look confident, maybe a top or blouse with a jersey jacket for a put together but slightly less formal look

For my last interview a year ago, I wore black trousers & black short sleeved top with a grey checked jacket and black brogues.

I wore my hair up in a large clip thing and painted my nails in 2 coats of No 7 undercoat to give it a neutral colour.
