ZARA returns

I heard that the process has changed but I can't make sense of it on their website. How do returns work these days? It used to be so easy, as you could arrange for returns to be collected free of charge from home. This is no longer the case, right? Is it still free?

No. You can either drop off in store, or pay £2.95 for drop off at an Evri/ royal mail/ maybe in post point.

Please beware- twice now they have told me items that I have returned are not in the box and refused to refund. The complaints process is non existent. The first time I had to write to the CEO for my refund, and I'm still waiting for a phone call that's 10 days overdue about the second, so I need to write to the CEO again. It's disgraceful. In the future I will be sending each item back in a completely separate bag/ box, so I have tracking for each item (all covered by the £2.95 returns fee, but will obviously cost Zara more).

Thanks. I think I won't bother with them at all.
