Persistent spot/blemish

I have a permanent little red mark right on the end of my nose. Literally right there. I'm blaming covid and two years of wearing a mask full time at work, because I think I've had it since then.

Sometimes it's less noticeable, sometimes it's almost an open wound. At the moment it's looking very red, feels like a dry bit of skin that would just heal up if I picked it off, but I know it won't.

I've used various cleansers and face masks but nothing I've used has been a lasting solution. Any ideas?

Hi, any mark/spot on your skin that isn't going you should see your go about

Oh, that was a surprise, hadn't at all thought about it being anything dodgy despite seeing plenty of skin cancer through work. Hmmm, it doesn't particularly look sinister and it is really only a dot and hasn't got worse in two years, but that's a good idea, I will make an appt.

I've got the same, check with your gp.. mine said it was sun damage/hormones and nothing to worry about. It definitely gets worse when I'm on my period.
I have been using this and it's making a real difference, spot still there but not as dry or red. .. www.biovenebarcelona.com/products/the-conscious-vitamin-c-anti-wrinkle-facial-exfoliator-organic-lemon-raspberry
I've also started taking Biotin.
