Hi all,

My partner and I have just booked a registry office wedding for 3 months time. We are having 10 guests (all immediate family) and even though it's a registry office, the venue is lovely with beautiful grounds. We are having a photographer for an hour.

It's pretty low key so I'm not looking for a full-blown wedding dress. However, I would like something new and special to wear.

I'm 5ft 2 so would need something petite or easy to alter, approx size 10-12 with a bit of tummy from my last pregnancy. I hate my upper arms so would love some sort of sleeve. Open to any sort of length.

My budget is around £200 but would go to £250 for the perfect dress. I've had a look online but haven't found anything I love. Open to white, like embroidery, very pale redhead so pinks etc don't work for me but greens do.

If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them! I'm rubbish at clothes and pretty much live in leggings, nursing vests and big jumpers.

Thank you :)

Thanks all for sharing links, so many lovely dresses out there that I failed to find myself. I'll have a look at them all today, there are a few I definitely want to try.

Another direction and well within budget. Model is slightly redhead and this looks stunning.

This is absolutely beautiful. But after 4 years of on/off breastfeeding I don't think my boobs could pull it off 😂

I can highly recommend Alie Street. I ordered a few dresses from them for my small wedding, including the "Lauren" you like, but ended up going for the "Evie". It's nicer than the pictures, the detail on the sleeves is lovely and I love the back of it too.

Also worth noting I'm 5ft and a size 12.

This is great to hear, especially given we're a similar height. Thank you.

There are loads of gorgeous N&T dresses on Vinted OP if new are slightly above budget

I hadn't even thought to check Vinted, thank you for suggesting it! I'll have a search.

Coast is awful quality for quite pricey dresses. I would go for monsoon (beautiful dresses, the ‘wedding dresses’ come in a dress bag and are fully lined) or needle and thread.

I don't own anything from Coast so no idea on quality, thank you for sharing.

My wedding dress was from Ever Pretty, was very pleased with the quality for how cheap it was and no issues with postage either 😊

This is great to hear, thank you.
